01 -
Mix together the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper in a medium bowl. Stir until creamy and evenly combined. Pop it in the fridge for about 20 minutes so it firms up.
02 -
Using about 1 tablespoon of the chilled blend, roll it into small balls. Arrange these on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, then stick them in the freezer for 15-20 minutes till they’re firm.
03 -
Get three bowls ready: one with the Doritos crumbs, one with the flour, and one with the eggs and milk whisked together.
04 -
Take a ball, roll it in the flour, dunk it into the egg mixture, and finally cover it completely with the crushed Doritos. Gently press the crumbs to make sure they stick.
05 -
Heat your oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry the balls a few at a time for about 1-2 minutes, just until they’re golden and crunchy. Use a slotted spoon to take them out and let them drain on paper towels.
