Creamy bacon and cheese mix, coated in Doritos crumbs and fried for a crunchy, flavorful bite-sized treat.

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 4 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled up
02 - 1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
03 - 8 ounces of soft cream cheese
04 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
06 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Coating

08 - 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
09 - 2 cups of Nacho Cheese Doritos, crushed into small crumbs
10 - 1 tbsp milk
11 - 2 large eggs, whisked

→ Frying

12 - 2 cups of cooking oil (vegetable oil)

# Steps:

01 - Mix together the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper in a medium bowl. Stir until creamy and evenly combined. Pop it in the fridge for about 20 minutes so it firms up.
02 - Using about 1 tablespoon of the chilled blend, roll it into small balls. Arrange these on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, then stick them in the freezer for 15-20 minutes till they’re firm.
03 - Get three bowls ready: one with the Doritos crumbs, one with the flour, and one with the eggs and milk whisked together.
04 - Take a ball, roll it in the flour, dunk it into the egg mixture, and finally cover it completely with the crushed Doritos. Gently press the crumbs to make sure they stick.
05 - Heat your oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry the balls a few at a time for about 1-2 minutes, just until they’re golden and crunchy. Use a slotted spoon to take them out and let them drain on paper towels.

# Notes:

01 - Enjoy them right away when they’re still warm and crunchy
02 - You can prep and coat these ahead of time, then just fry them when you’re ready to serve
03 - They’re a hit at parties, game nights, or as snacks
