Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly grease an 8 or 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set it aside.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef. Drain the excess fat.

Add the diced onions to the skillet and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes until translucent. Add the minced garlic and cook, stirring frequently, for an additional minute.

Stir in Worcestershire sauce and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the ground beef mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Top with the cream of mushroom soup, followed by the green beans, and layer the shredded cheddar cheese on top. Add seasoning to the green bean layer as needed. Finally, top with the frozen tater tots.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
