Buttery Steak Bites (Print-Friendly Version)

Juicy steak chunks tossed in butter and garlic, done in 15 minutes. Great for an easy meal that feels fancy.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
02 - 1½ pounds tenderloin, sirloin, rib eye, or strip loin steak, diced into small chunks
03 - ½ teaspoon black pepper, adjust to your liking
04 - ½ teaspoon salt, adjust as needed

→ Garlic Butter Sauce

05 - ¼ teaspoon crushed red chili flakes
06 - 4 minced garlic cloves
07 - 2 tablespoons butter (unsalted)
08 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley leaves

# Steps:

01 - Warm olive oil in a big pan on high heat. Toss in the steak pieces, sprinkling them with salt and pepper right away.
02 - Leave steak untouched for 2 minutes so it gets a nice, crusty sear. Flip and cook another 2 minutes till gold and crispy. If you're working with a lot, cook in small groups to keep the pan from getting crowded.
03 - Move the cooked steak to a dish. Turn heat to medium on the same pan, add butter, and let it melt. Drop garlic and chili flakes in, cooking for just 30 seconds until the garlic smells amazing and browns a little.
04 - Drizzle the garlic butter on top of the steak chunks and mix it all together. Sprinkle with parsley and eat right away!

# Notes:

01 - Dry your steak first for tastier browning.
02 - Avoid overcrowding by cooking in small groups if necessary.
03 - Let the steak sit for a moment before digging in, so it stays juicy.
04 - Refrigerate leftovers for up to 3 days.
