Taco Rolls (Print-Friendly Version)

Savory rolls packed with spiced beef and melted cheese, paired perfectly with a creamy dip. A hit for quick meals, kids' lunches, or festive gatherings.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 canister of pizza dough.
02 - 1 pound of 90% lean ground beef.
03 - 1/4 cup of water.
04 - 2 1/2 tablespoons of your favorite taco seasoning.
05 - 1/2 cup of ranch dressing.
06 - 1/2 cup of plain Greek yogurt.
07 - 1 teaspoon of freshly squeezed lime juice.
08 - 1 teaspoon of finely chopped cilantro.
09 - 1 cup of shredded Mexican-style cheese mix.

# Steps:

01 - Warm up the oven to 400°F.
02 - Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Get rid of the fat, then season it with taco spice and a splash of water. Cook for 2-3 minutes until combined.
03 - Spread out the pizza dough. Spoon on the seasoned beef mixture, then sprinkle it all with shredded cheese.
04 - Roll the dough up tightly like you're making a log. Cut it into slices about 1/2-inch thick.
05 - Lay the slices on a baking tray and cook for 12-14 minutes. They're ready when they're golden brown.
06 - In a mixing bowl, stir together the yogurt, ranch dressing, lime juice, and cilantro until smooth.

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to make this ahead of time and stick it in the fridge before slicing.
02 - Serve these with the sauce on the side, some salsa, and a few extra sprigs of cilantro for garnish.
