# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 10-12 garlic cloves, peeled
02 - 1 tsp sugar for a hint of sweetness
03 - 1 cup of fresh red chili peppers
04 - 1/4 cup of vegetable oil for cooking
05 - 1/4 cup white vinegar
06 - 1 tsp salt for flavor

# Steps:

01 - Peel the garlic and slice up your chili peppers. Want it less spicy? Take the seeds out of the chilies.
02 - Toss the chilies, garlic, vinegar, sugar, and salt in a blender. Blend it up to get the texture you like—chunky or smooth.
03 - Warm oil in a pan over medium heat. Pour in the blended mix and cook for around 5-7 minutes. Make sure to stir once in a while, and watch for the oil to separate slightly.
04 - Wait until the mixture cools all the way. Pour it into a clean, air-tight jar, and pop it in the fridge.

# Notes:

01 - Mix into stir-fries, soups, or marinades for flavor.
02 - Feel free to add a handful of fresh herbs like cilantro.
03 - Be careful with chilies—wearing gloves can help.
