Enjoy soft cinnamon rolls layered with apples and topped with tangy cream cheese frosting—easy slow-cooker treat.

# Ingredients:

→ Cinnamon Rolls

01 - 2 cans cinnamon rolls (e.g., Pillsbury)
02 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream
03 - 1 egg
04 - 3 tablespoons brown sugar
05 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
06 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon

→ Apple Mixture

07 - 4 large apples (2 Honeycrisp, 2 Granny Smith)
08 - 1/4 cup melted butter
09 - 1/3 cup brown sugar
10 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon

→ Cream Cheese Frosting

11 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
12 - 4 tablespoons butter, softened
13 - 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
14 - 2-3 tablespoons milk
15 - 1/2-1 teaspoon cinnamon

# Steps:

01 - Spray the slow cooker with non-stick spray to prevent sticking.
02 - In a bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Heat in the microwave, stirring occasionally until sugar dissolves, approximately 1 minute. Peel, slice, and dice apples into 1-inch pieces. Add apples to the mixture, tossing to evenly coat.
03 - Whisk softened cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, milk, and cinnamon in a bowl until smooth.
04 - In a medium bowl, combine heavy whipping cream, egg, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Whisk until smooth. Cut each cinnamon roll into four pieces. Layer half of the pieces in the bottom of the slow cooker. Spread half of the apple mixture on top. Pour the cream mixture over the layers. Add remaining cinnamon roll pieces and the rest of the apple mixture.
05 - Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 2-2.5 hours, or until the cinnamon rolls are fully cooked. Stir gently every 30-45 minutes if needed (especially for smaller slow cookers). Drizzle the remaining cream cheese frosting before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For smaller slow cookers, cooking times may extend up to 4-5 hours. Gently stir every 30-45 minutes to ensure even cooking. Avoid using the high heat setting to prevent burning.
