Easy Pineapple Salsa Dip (Print-Friendly Version)

Sweet, tangy pineapple salsa with peppers and fresh lime. Ideal for dipping or brightening grilled dishes.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 3 cups chopped fresh pineapple (from 1 small pineapple)
02 - 1 small red bell pepper, diced
03 - 1 small green bell pepper, diced
04 - 1/2 red onion, chopped
05 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

→ Dressing

06 - 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (from 1-2 medium-large limes)
07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
08 - 1 teaspoon honey
09 - 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
10 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

# Steps:

01 - In a medium bowl, mix together pineapple, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, honey, ground cumin, and salt.
03 - Pour the dressing over the salsa ingredients and toss well. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for up to 24 hours before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For a spicier salsa, add diced, deseeded jalapeños or chilies.
02 - To prevent pineapple from browning, do not skip the lime juice.
03 - Dicing ingredients finely is ideal if the salsa is served as a dip; chunkier cuts work better for side salads.
