Chili Garlic Sauce

Bold and spicy blend of chili and garlic. Easy to tweak the spice level to suit you.
# Ingredients:
→ Base

4 garlic cloves, finely chopped

5-6 red chilies, fresh
03 -
1 tablespoon of white or rice vinegar
04 -
1 tablespoon vegetable oil or olive oil
05 -
1/2 teaspoon optional sugar
06 -
1/2 teaspoon of salt
# Steps:

Toss garlic, vinegar, chilies, sugar, and salt into a blender or food processor. Puree till smooth.

Over a medium flame, heat up the oil in your pan. Stir in the pureed mix.
03 -
Keep stirring every now and then while cooking for 3-4 minutes. Let it sit until it's cool.
