Chili Garlic Sauce (Print-Friendly Version)

Bold and spicy blend of chili and garlic. Easy to tweak the spice level to suit you.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
02 - 5-6 red chilies, fresh
03 - 1 tablespoon of white or rice vinegar
04 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or olive oil
05 - 1/2 teaspoon optional sugar
06 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt

# Steps:

01 - Toss garlic, vinegar, chilies, sugar, and salt into a blender or food processor. Puree till smooth.
02 - Over a medium flame, heat up the oil in your pan. Stir in the pureed mix.
03 - Keep stirring every now and then while cooking for 3-4 minutes. Let it sit until it's cool.

01 - Spice level can be tweaked
02 - Good to store in the fridge
03 - Fresh chilies make it taste better
