Sweet Lemon Pepper Wings (Print-Friendly Version)

Juicy baked chicken wings paired with a sticky lemon and honey pepper glaze. A balanced mix of bold flavors with a crispy touch.

# Ingredients:

01 - About 2 pounds of chicken wings.
02 - 3 tablespoons of potato starch.
03 - 1 tablespoon of baking powder.
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
06 - A quarter teaspoon of paprika.
07 - Spray oil for cooking.
08 - Half a cup of honey.
09 - The zest from one lemon.
10 - A quarter cup of lemon juice.
11 - 1 tablespoon of finely minced garlic.
12 - 1 tablespoon of butter.
13 - 1 to 2 teaspoons of ground black pepper.
14 - A small pinch of salt.

# Steps:

01 - Use paper towels to dry off the wings very well.
02 - Combine the wings with baking powder, potato starch, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
03 - Put the coated wings on a baking tray lined with parchment and lightly coat the tops with cooking spray.
04 - Start baking at 450°F, drop to 425°F after starting, and bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway.
05 - Heat up honey, lemon zest, lemon juice, butter, salt, ground pepper, and garlic for about 3-5 minutes.
06 - Toss the baked wings into the sauce and, if wanted, save a little extra for dipping.
