Fast Korean Bowl (Print-Friendly Version)

A fast, flavorful dish with ground beef, soy sauce, sesame, and a touch of ginger.

# Ingredients:

→ Sauce

01 - 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger powder
02 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, crushed
03 - 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
04 - 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
05 - 2 teaspoons sesame oil

→ Main

06 - 1 pound of ground beef
07 - 3 minced garlic cloves
08 - 1 tablespoon of cooking oil

→ Garnish

09 - 1/4 teaspoon of sesame seeds
10 - 2 thinly sliced green onions

# Steps:

01 - Mix together the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, and crushed pepper flakes.
02 - Heat oil, then sauté garlic until it smells amazing. Stir in beef and cook it until it browns, around 3 to 5 minutes. Drain the grease.
03 - Pour in the sauce blend and toss in some green onions. Let everything heat up together for a couple of minutes.
04 - Top off with the sesame seeds and extra green onions before eating.
