→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 cups ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed
02 - 2 cups strawberries, sliced
03 - ½ cup sago pearls or tapioca pearls
04 - 3 cups coconut milk (coconut and water blend)
05 - 4 tbsp condensed milk (use coconut condensed milk to make it vegan)

# Steps:

01 - In a pot, boil 3 cups of water. Once boiling, add sago pearls and cook for 10 minutes until translucent. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Remove from heat, cover with a lid, and let sit for 10 minutes.
02 - Strain the sago pearls in cold water to remove excess starch. Set aside.
03 - In a large bowl, mix the sago pearls, coconut milk, condensed milk, mango cubes, and strawberry slices. Stir well.
04 - Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until cold. Serve in a glass, topping with the remaining mango and strawberry.

# Notes:

01 - Use ripe mangoes and strawberries for the best flavor.
02 - Do not overcook the sago pearls to maintain their chewy texture.
