In a pot, boil 3 cups of water. Once boiling, add sago pearls and cook for 10 minutes until translucent. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking. Remove from heat, cover with a lid, and let sit for 10 minutes.

Strain the sago pearls in cold water to remove excess starch. Set aside.

In a large bowl, mix the sago pearls, coconut milk, condensed milk, mango cubes, and strawberry slices. Stir well.

Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until cold. Serve in a glass, topping with the remaining mango and strawberry.
