# Ingredients:

01 - 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
02 - 3 medium tomatoes, chopped or sliced
03 - 1 large red onion, thinly sliced
04 - 1/4 cup white or apple cider vinegar
05 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
06 - 1 tablespoon sugar
07 - 1 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
09 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano or fresh herbs (dill, parsley, basil)
10 - Optional: crushed red pepper, garlic, or feta cheese

# Steps:

01 - Slice cucumbers and onions thinly. Chop tomatoes. Place in a large bowl.
02 - In a separate bowl or jar, whisk together vinegar, olive oil, sugar, salt, pepper, and herbs.
03 - Pour marinade over vegetables. Toss well to coat.
