02 - 24 ripe strawberries (roughly 2 pounds)
03 - A few drops (5-10) of natural red food dye
04 - 2 small spoons of coconut oil

# Steps:

01 - Pat washed strawberries dry with paper towels and let them air out fully.
02 - Heat white chocolate and coconut oil in a microwave, stirring every 30 seconds, until it’s silky smooth.
03 - Mix in the red coloring to get the pink tone you like.
04 - Dip each strawberry, shake off extras, and place on parchment-lined sheets.
05 - Once the coating hardens, drizzle more melted chocolate over for a fancier look, if you'd like.
