01 - 3 cups self-rising flour*
02 - 2 cups plain Greek yogurt (non-fat)

# Steps:

01 - Turn on your oven to 450°F (230°C) and line up two big baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - Grab a large bowl, or use a stand mixer, to blend the Greek yogurt with the self-rising flour. Keep stirring until it turns into a thick dough. For hands-on mixing, use a fork to stir until it looks crumbly. If using the stand mixer, attach a dough hook to handle the work.
03 - Sprinkle a little flour on your hands and surface, then toss out the dough onto it. Knead it gently for a few minutes until smooth. Roll it into a ball and keep it aside for now while thinking about your toppings.
04 - Cut the dough into two same-sized balls if you want two pizzas, or leave it as one big ball for a larger pizza. Place on the parchment-covered sheets and press into a round or rectangular shape. Use a rolling pin to start off, and finish shaping with floured hands.
05 - Spread pizza sauce and your favorite toppings over the crust, then bake for 20-25 minutes in your hot oven. Take it out when the edges and top turn lightly golden.

# Notes:

01 - *To create self-rising flour from regular all-purpose flour, mix in 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon of salt per cup of flour.
