Set your oven to 350°F. Cover a baking sheet with parchment, then scatter the crackers across it in one layer.

Warm up butter in a pot. Stir in brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla until blended. Let it boil for 2-3 minutes until it thickens.

Drizzle the caramel mix over the crackers, making sure they’re all coated. Sprinkle some salt evenly on top.

Pop it in the oven for 7-9 minutes. Keep an eye on it so nothing burns.

Wait until it’s totally cool, then break the clusters apart. Keep them in a sealed container.
