Tuscan Cream Chicken (Print-Friendly Version)

A cozy chicken dish in a creamy garlic sauce with spinach and sun-dried tomatoes—perfect for busy nights, ready in half an hour.

# Ingredients:

01 - About 1.5 pounds of chicken breast, no bones or skin, and cut into thin slices.
02 - A couple of tablespoons of olive oil.
03 - 1 full cup of rich heavy cream.
04 - Half a cup of chicken stock.
05 - A teaspoon of garlic powder.
06 - One teaspoon of Italian herbs mix.
07 - Half a cup of grated parmesan cheese.
08 - One cup of spinach, finely cut.
09 - Half a cup of sun-dried tomatoes, with the oil drained off.

# Steps:

01 - Sear the chicken in olive oil over medium to high heat. Give each side 3-5 minutes until it’s golden and cooked through.
02 - Pour in the cream and broth, then mix in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and parmesan. Stir until the mixture thickens.
03 - Add the spinach and sun-dried tomatoes to the sauce, then cook until the spinach softens.
04 - Place the chicken back in the pan to warm it up. If you'd like, serve it over pasta.

# Notes:

01 - This goes great with pasta, rice, or even mashed potatoes.
02 - Tastes best right away since the sauce has the perfect consistency.
03 - It can be reheated nicely. Just add a bit of cream if the sauce thickens too much.
