Cheese Zucchini Loaf (Print-Friendly Version)

A flavorful loaf made moist with zucchini, cheddar, and sour cream. It’s the perfect snack or side dish.

# Ingredients:

01 - Pour 1 and a half cups of shredded zucchini.
02 - Slice up 1/4 cup of green onion.
03 - Crack in two whole eggs.
04 - Mix in 3/4 cup of sour cream.
05 - Use 1/4 cup of melted butter.
06 - Add a cup and a half of cheddar cheese, grated.
07 - Grab 2 cups of flour.
08 - Sprinkle 1 and a half teaspoons of baking powder.
09 - Add 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.
10 - Toss in 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

# Steps:

01 - Stir together the zucchini, green onion, eggs, sour cream, butter, and cheese.
02 - Whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until blended.
03 - Slowly fold the dry mix into the wet mixture. Once smooth, pour it all into a greased 9x5 loaf pan.
04 - Pop it into the oven at 350°F and bake for 50 to 70 minutes, or until it’s fully baked.
