Crispy Chicken Parm (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts.
02 - 2 eggs, whisked together.
03 - 1 cup of panko-style breadcrumbs.
04 - Half a cup of freshly grated parmesan.
05 - 1 tsp of mixed Italian herbs.
06 - A half-cup of marinara sauce.
07 - Half-cup of grated mozzarella cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your air fryer to 375°F and let it preheat.
02 - In a flat dish, mix together the parmesan, panko crumbs, and Italian herbs.
03 - Take each chicken piece, dip it into the egg, then cover it with the crumb coating.
04 - Place the breaded chicken in your air fryer. Cook for 12-15 minutes and flip the pieces once halfway through.
05 - Spread marinara sauce over each cooked chicken piece, then sprinkle mozzarella on top.
06 - Pop the chicken back in for 2 more minutes or until the cheese is gooey and golden.

# Notes:

01 - Keep space between the chicken pieces in the fryer to ensure they cook evenly.
02 - If the basket gets crowded, do a couple of batches instead of cramming all the chicken at once.
