Crispy Air Fryer Thighs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Protein

01 - 4 chicken thighs, no skin, no bones

→ Marinade

02 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce (low sodium)
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
04 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
05 - 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (ground)
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium-sized bowl, stir together olive oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, and the remaining seasonings until it’s all mixed.
02 - Put the chicken thighs into the marinade and toss them around until every piece is covered.
03 - Set your air fryer to heat up to 380°F.
04 - Lay the chicken thighs in a single layer, smooth side facing down. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway, until the thickest part reaches 165°F.

# Notes:

01 - Store in the refrigerator for no more than 3 days
02 - Warm up leftovers in the air fryer at 370°F for 1 to 3 minutes
03 - Avoid stacking the chicken pieces when cooking
