Soft and flavorful chocolate chip cookies made super quick in your air fryer. Great for satisfying that cookie craving without the hassle of an oven.

# Ingredients:

→ For the Cookies

01 - 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
02 - 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
03 - 1 1/2 cups regular all-purpose flour
04 - 1/4 teaspoon of table salt
05 - 1 egg (room temperature preferred)
06 - 1/2 cup (1 stick) of unsalted butter
07 - 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
08 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
09 - 1/2 cup brown sugar

# Steps:

01 - Pop the butter into a microwave-safe bowl and warm it up for about 10-20 seconds—just until it softens a bit. Mix the butter with both sugars until smooth and everything blends together. Stir in the egg and vanilla next, whisking for half a minute. Add the flour, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips, then keep stirring until it all forms an even dough.
02 - Put the cookie dough in the fridge and leave it for at least 30 minutes or all the way overnight if you’d like. You can skip this if you're in a hurry, but it’ll help the cookies keep their shape.
03 - Lay down parchment paper on your air fryer racks. Use a cookie scoop or a spoon to shape the dough into roughly 2-tablespoon-sized balls and space them out by about 1.5 inches in the basket. Depending on your air fryer's size, you might fit 2-4 cookies at a time.
04 - Set the air fryer to 325°F. Let the cookies cook for around 5-7 minutes or until you see them turn a light golden brown and look baked through. Let them cool in the fryer for a couple of minutes before transferring them out.
05 - Repeat the process with the remaining dough until all the cookies are done and ready to eat.

# Notes:

01 - Right when you take them out of the air fryer, the cookies might still be soft, but they’ll firm up as they cool down.
