Crispy Air Nachos (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 teaspoon chili powder.
02 - ½ teaspoon ground cumin.
03 - ½ teaspoon dry oregano.
04 - ½ teaspoon salt.
05 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper.
06 - ½ pound ground beef.
07 - 4 cups tortilla chips.
08 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.
09 - 1 roma tomato, finely chopped.
10 - ½ bell pepper, chopped small.
11 - 1 scallion, cut into thin slices.
12 - Fresh cilantro, chopped.
13 - Sour cream to serve on the side.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the ground beef in a pan with the spices until browned. Drain any grease, then set aside to cool.
02 - Set the air fryer to 320°F and get the basket ready with parchment lining.
03 - Start with half the chips, followed by some cheese, beef, diced tomatoes, and bell peppers. Repeat this for the second layer.
04 - Put the layers into the air fryer, letting it cook for 5 minutes or until the cheese gets nice and gooey.
05 - Garnish with scallions, cilantro, and a dollop of sour cream before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Arrange layers evenly so the chips come out crunchy.
02 - Don’t pack too much into the air fryer at once.
03 - You can heat leftovers for 2-3 minutes at 320°F.
