Scrub the potatoes thoroughly, then slice them about half a centimeter thick.

As you slice, place the slices in some water. After you’re done, drain the water and pat the slices dry with paper towels.

In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, herbs, garlic, and some salt. Make sure the seasoning is spread evenly.

Lay the potato slices flat in an air fryer basket, keeping them in a single layer.

Set your air fryer to 390°F, and cook the potato slices for 18 minutes. Around halfway through, stop to shake the basket a bit.

When the slices are golden-brown and crispy, they’re done! If you want them even crispier, cook for 2 more minutes.
