Golden Air Fryer Potatoes (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 big potatoes.
02 - 1 tsp dried herbs.
03 - A tablespoon of olive oil.
04 - Half a teaspoon of salt.
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.

# Instructions:

01 - Scrub the potatoes thoroughly, then slice them about half a centimeter thick.
02 - As you slice, place the slices in some water. After you’re done, drain the water and pat the slices dry with paper towels.
03 - In a bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, herbs, garlic, and some salt. Make sure the seasoning is spread evenly.
04 - Lay the potato slices flat in an air fryer basket, keeping them in a single layer.
05 - Set your air fryer to 390°F, and cook the potato slices for 18 minutes. Around halfway through, stop to shake the basket a bit.
06 - When the slices are golden-brown and crispy, they’re done! If you want them even crispier, cook for 2 more minutes.

# Notes:

01 - Don’t skip soaking them! It makes them extra crispy.
02 - Drying the potato slices well after washing is super important.
03 - These are at their best when served warm and crunchy right after cooking.
