Bahama Mama Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base and Fruits

01 - 1 cup coconut milk
02 - 1 1/2 cups frozen pineapple chunks
03 - 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries

→ Sweet Stuff

04 - 1-2 tablespoons agave nectar
05 - 2 tablespoons white chocolate pieces

# Instructions:

01 - Toss the coconut milk, agave, and white chocolate into a heavy-duty blender. Pulse it a few times to chop up the chocolate bits.
02 - Throw in the strawberries and pineapple. If your blender isn’t super strong, let the fruit sit out for about 10 minutes to soften it up.
03 - Blend it all together for half a minute until it’s smooth and creamy. If there are still chunks, pulse it a few more times to get everything mixed in.
04 - Pour your smoothie into glasses and, if you’re feeling fancy, add some sprinkles of chocolate or slices of fresh fruit on top.

# Notes:

01 - You can swap coconut milk for any other milk.
02 - Agave can be replaced with maple syrup or honey.
03 - Tastes best if you drink it right away.
