Toss the coconut milk, agave, and white chocolate into a heavy-duty blender. Pulse it a few times to chop up the chocolate bits.

Throw in the strawberries and pineapple. If your blender isn’t super strong, let the fruit sit out for about 10 minutes to soften it up.

Blend it all together for half a minute until it’s smooth and creamy. If there are still chunks, pulse it a few more times to get everything mixed in.

Pour your smoothie into glasses and, if you’re feeling fancy, add some sprinkles of chocolate or slices of fresh fruit on top.
