Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Coat the inside of a baking dish lightly with cooking spray or olive oil.

Combine melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, zest, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl, then whisk it well.

Lay the cod fillets flat in the greased baking dish. Drizzle the sauce generously over them, ensuring each piece is covered.

Cook in the oven for around 12 to 15 minutes. You’ll know the fish is done when it’s an opaque white and flakes apart easily. Timing may vary with thickness!

Top with parsley and lemon slices before serving. Enjoy while warm with your choice of rice, salad, or veggies.
