Crispy Shrimp Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb raw shrimp, shells and veins removed.
02 - 1/2 cup of mayo.
03 - 1/4 cup of Thai sweet chili sauce.
04 - 1 tablespoon chili garlic paste.
05 - 1 beaten egg.
06 - 1 cup of buttermilk.
07 - 1/2 cup plain flour.
08 - 1/2 cup panko-style breadcrumbs.
09 - Spices: paprika, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder.
10 - Oil for frying, like vegetable oil.

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk the chili sauces into the mayo until it’s smooth.
02 - Combine egg and buttermilk in one bowl. In another, mix panko, flour, and spices.
03 - First, coat the shrimp in flour. Then dip in the egg, and back into the panko-flour mix.
04 - Chill the coated shrimp in the fridge for about 20–30 minutes to set the coating.
05 - Fry shrimp in 350°F oil for roughly 3 minutes or until crispy and brown.
06 - Cover shrimp with 1/4 cup of sauce and offer the extra sauce on the side.

02 - Stays fresh in the fridge for up to three days.
03 - Reheat best in the oven for crispiness.
