A flavorful, protein-packed combo of BBQ chicken, creamy cottage cheese, sweet corn, black beans, and crisp veggies!

# Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup cottage cheese
02 - 1 cup shredded cooked chicken breast

→ Vegetables and Beans

03 - ½ cup coleslaw
04 - ½ avocado, diced
05 - ¼ cup black beans
06 - ¼ cup roasted corn

→ Sauces and Garnish

07 - Fresh cilantro for decoration
08 - 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce, and extra for topping

# Steps:

01 - Mix the chicken with the BBQ sauce till every piece is covered evenly.
02 - In a bowl, arrange layers of coleslaw, black beans, BBQ chicken, cottage cheese, roasted corn, and avocado.
03 - Top with a bit more BBQ sauce if you want, sprinkle with some cilantro, and dig in.
