BBQ Chicken Naan (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 4 pieces of naan bread
02 - Spray made from olive oil
03 - Barbecue sauce that's sweet

→ Toppings

04 - 2 cups of shredded cheddar jack cheese
05 - 1 and 1/2 cups of chicken (any kind you've got—rotisserie, grilled, roasted, or leftover)
06 - 4 slices of bacon, cooked till it's a little crispy, then chopped up
07 - Half of a red onion, sliced thin vertically
08 - A sprinkle of chopped cilantro (optional, for serving)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400℉ (200℃) and spritz two rimmed metal baking trays lightly with olive oil spray.
02 - Put two naans on each tray and spoon as much barbecue sauce as you like onto them. Spread it out, leaving a small edge free around the sides.
03 - Layer a bit of cheese, then chicken, bacon, and end with more cheese on each base.
04 - Drizzle some more barbecue sauce over the top before baking the trays in the middle of the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese looks melted and the crust has a golden color.
05 - Scatter chopped cilantro over the pizzas right before serving, if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Try cooking the chicken in leftover bacon grease for more flavor.
02 - Cook bacon until it's barely crispy before chopping for the best texture.
