Broccoli Bacon Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dressing

01 - 1 cup of mayonnaise
02 - 1½ tablespoons of white sugar
03 - 3 tablespoons of tangy apple cider vinegar
04 - ¼ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper

→ Salad

05 - 1⅓ pounds of chopped broccoli florets, cut into smaller pieces
06 - 8 slices of bacon, cooked until crispy, then chopped
07 - ⅓ cup of finely diced red onion
08 - ½ cup of sweetened dried cranberries
09 - ⅓ cup of sliced almonds

# Instructions:

01 - In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, apple cider vinegar, and ground black pepper. Stir until smooth.
02 - Grab a big bowl, and mix the broccoli, cooked bacon, diced onions, cranberries, and almonds all together.
03 - Pour the dressing over the salad mixture. Make sure everything is coated nicely, then cover it up and let it chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours. Give it another toss right before you serve.

# Notes:

01 - Tastes better if you let it sit in the fridge for several hours before dishing it out
02 - If you want more tender broccoli, quickly boil and cool it beforehand
03 - Raw broccoli keeps it crunchy and nutrient-packed
