Using a mixer, blend the cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Mix in the vanilla and eggs, adding one egg at a time. Blend just enough to combine everything, then pour over the crust.

Drizzle two thick lines of the chilled blueberry sauce lengthwise along the pan. Use a skewer or chopstick to swirl the sauce gently—don't dig into the crust!
