Blueberry Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Blueberry Layer

01 - 3 cups fresh blueberries
02 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar

→ Crust with Graham Crackers

03 - 1 and a half cups crushed graham crackers
04 - 2 tablespoons of sugar
05 - 6 tablespoons of melted butter

→ Cream Cheese Mixture

06 - Two 8-ounce packs of softened cream cheese
07 - 1/2 cup of sugar
08 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla
09 - 2 large eggs

# Instructions:

01 - Toss blueberries and sugar together in a small pot. Put the lid on and cook on low for about 10 minutes. Let it cool down, then pop it in the fridge for 1-2 hours to firm up.
02 - Set your oven to 350°F. Mix together the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press the mixture into a greased 9x13 pan.
03 - Blend cream cheese and sugar until the texture is silky smooth. Add the eggs one at a time while mixing, then stir in the vanilla. Pour it evenly over the crust.
04 - Make two thick stripes of the chilled blueberry sauce lengthwise across the pan. Use a skewer or chopstick to swirl it gently, being careful not to disturb the crust layer.
05 - Bake it for 40-45 minutes or until the middle has firmed up. Let it chill completely before cutting it into squares.

# Notes:

01 - You can prep the blueberry sauce 1-2 days in advance.
02 - Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days.
03 - It can be frozen for a month if needed.
