Get the oven ready at 350°F (175°C).

Smash the bananas in a medium bowl until they're mostly smooth. A few tiny lumps are fine.

Add the almond butter or peanut butter and stir it well into the mashed bananas.

Pour in the protein powder and cocoa powder. Combine everything until the batter is thick and smooth.

Place 8 silicone muffin cups in a muffin tray. The silicone keeps the batter from sticking.

Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups, splitting it up evenly.

Top each brownie with some mini chocolate chips, if you'd like.

Bake the brownies for around 20 minutes or until they’re done. They might feel soft at first, but they'll harden as they cool.

Let the brownie bites cool completely before taking them out of the cups. Eat them slightly warm, cold, or at room temp.
