05 - 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
06 - 1 medium celery stalk, sliced thin (equals about 1/3 cup)
07 - 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese, plus more for topping
08 - 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
09 - 3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
10 - 2 tablespoons mayo
11 - 2 teaspoons honey

→ Optional Toppings

13 - Tiny celery leaves

# Instructions:

01 - Fire up your grill or griddle and set to medium-high heat.
02 - Mix coleslaw, celery slices, onion bits, and blue cheese in a bowl. Whisk yogurt, mayo, vinegar, and honey together for the dressing. Stir it all up and chill in the fridge.
03 - Grill the hot dogs, turning occasionally, until they're cooked just right and have grill lines.
04 - Put the buns open-side down on the grill for a few minutes to lightly toast using leftover heat.
05 - Spoon slaw into the buns, add the hot dogs, and top with buffalo sauce, celery leaves, and extra blue cheese.

# Notes:

01 - You can make the slaw ahead of time.
02 - A griddle on your stovetop works well too.
03 - Feel free to adjust buffalo sauce to liking.
