# Ingredients:

→ Beef and Chili

01 - 1 medium onion, diced small
02 - 1 lb of ground chuck (85% lean)
03 - 1 tsp of cooking olive oil
04 - 14 oz can of crushed tomato
05 - 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
06 - 2 tbsp thick tomato paste
07 - 1 tsp yellow table mustard
08 - 1 cup stock made from beef

→ Spices and Seasonings

09 - Pinch of ground cinnamon
10 - 1 tsp of oregano
11 - 1 tbsp of smokey paprika
12 - 1 tbsp chili spice blend
13 - 1 tsp onion seasoning
14 - 1 tsp warming cumin powder

→ Final Assembly

15 - 12 fluffy hot dog buns
16 - 12 hot dogs, cooked to your liking
17 - Chopped red onion (optional)
18 - Slices of dill pickles (optional)
19 - Grated cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Brown up the ground beef with garlic and onion. Stir in the tomato paste and seasonings.
02 - Pour in your liquids, then cook on a low flame for at least 30 minutes—2 hours for richer flavor.
03 - Grill hot dogs for 7 to 10 minutes on a medium flame. Toast buns during the last minute.
04 - In buns, layer mustard first, then hot dog, chili, cheese, and any extras you like.
