In a large mixing bowl, combine asparagus, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; toss until well combined.

Lay out four large pieces of foil. Divide the asparagus mixture between the sheets and top with mozzarella cheese. Fold and seal the foil packs.

Transfer the prepared foil packs to the grill and cook for 13 to 15 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender. Adjust cooking time based on asparagus thickness.

Remove the foil packs from the grill and carefully open them. Sprinkle with parmesan and garnish with parsley. Serve.

Preheat the oven to 425˚F. Prepare as directed, close the foil packs, and cook in the oven for 15 minutes.
