04 - 1/2 cup of mozzarella, shredded
05 - 1/2 cup of Parmesan, grated
06 - 1 tsp of garlic powder
07 - 1 tsp of sweet paprika
08 - Fresh parsley, chopped (sprinkle over before serving)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 356°F (180°C) and let it warm up.
02 - Pluck off the leaves and slice the cauliflower into pieces about an inch thick—they'll look like flat 'steaks.'
03 - Cover a baking tray with parchment. Spread out the cauliflower steaks on it, drizzle olive oil on the pieces, and season with the paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
04 - Dust Parmesan cheese over each steak evenly. Pop everything into your heated oven and let it cook for 20 minutes.
05 - Top with mozzarella, then stick it back in the oven for another 10 minutes—or until the cheese bubbles and turns golden.
06 - Spread chopped parsley on top and bring it to the table while it's warm.

# Notes:

01 - You can enjoy these cauliflower steaks as a standalone meal or alongside your favorite protein.
02 - Swap out the cheeses for some dairy-free options or use nutritional yeast if you'd like a plant-based twist.
03 - Eat them fresh while they're hot—it’s when the cheese is at its gooiest, and the edges are crispy!
