Chicken & Ranch Pie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 pre-made or freshly made pizza crust

→ Sauce

02 - 2 minced garlic cloves
03 - ⅔ cup of Ranch dressing

→ Cheese

04 - ½ cup cheddar cheese, freshly shredded
05 - ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
06 - 2 cups of mozzarella cheese, shredded

→ Toppings

07 - 2 diced Roma tomatoes
08 - A cooked chicken breast, cut into thin slices
09 - ¼ cup chopped green onions

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 425°F. Oil up a 16-inch pizza pan. Stretch the dough to fit snugly in the pan.
02 - Stir together the minced garlic and Ranch dressing in a little bowl. Spread this nice and evenly over the crust.
03 - Put all the cheeses into one bowl and mix them up. Spread half of the mix over the sauce. Layer on the chicken, tomatoes, and green onions, then sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.
04 - Pop the pizza into the oven and bake it anywhere from 12 to 15 minutes. Keep an eye on it after 10 minutes, and pull it out once the cheese is melted and bubbly, with the top getting a golden color.
05 - Take the pizza out of the oven and give it a little time to cool before slicing it into pieces and serving it warm.

# Notes:

01 - You can use either bought pizza crust or make it from scratch.
02 - The pizza tastes best when served warm or hot.
03 - Keep a close watch near the end of cooking to avoid burning.
