# Ingredients:

→ Cookie Ingredients

01 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
02 - 1/2 cup brown sugar
03 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
04 - 1/4 cup white sugar
05 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
06 - 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter
07 - 1 egg (room temp preferred)
08 - 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
09 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Steps:

01 - Microwave butter for about 10-20 seconds, just enough to soften it. Mix both sugars into the butter until smooth. Blend in the egg and vanilla for roughly 30 seconds. Add the flour, baking soda, salt, and chocolate chips. Stir until you don’t see dry bits.
02 - Let the dough chill in the fridge, anywhere from 30 minutes to overnight. This isn’t required but can stop cookies from spreading too much.
03 - Use parchment paper to line air fryer racks. Take 2-tablespoon dough portions and place them on the basket with about 1.5 inches in between. Depending on your setup, you may fit 2-4 per batch.
04 - Bake cookies at 325°F for 5-7 minutes or until golden. Let them sit in the fryer for a couple of minutes to cool before taking them out.
05 - Keep baking additional batches until all the dough has been used up.

# Notes:

01 - Cookies might feel soft when they’re fresh out of the air fryer but will harden as they cool.
