Low-carb chocolate treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1-2 teaspoons powdered sweetener (like erythritol or monk fruit)
02 - 1-2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
03 - 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
04 - 1/2 cup cottage cheese (full-fat)

→ Optional Add-ins

05 - Fresh berries to decorate
06 - Cocoa powder to sprinkle on top
07 - 1-2 tablespoons melted dark chocolate

# Instructions:

01 - Toss cottage cheese, sweetener, vanilla, and cocoa powder into a blender or food processor. Blend it all up until super smooth, and use a spatula to scrape down anything stuck on the sides.
02 - Want deeper flavor? Melt some dark chocolate and toss it into the blender. Blend again quickly to mix everything together.
03 - Spoon the mousse into small bowls or ramekins. Pop them in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to get a thicker, creamier texture.
04 - Before digging in, top with a sprinkle of cocoa powder, a few slices of fresh berries, or some chocolate curls for a nice touch.

# Notes:

01 - Keep it in a sealed container in the fridge. It's good for up to 5 days.
02 - Want to take it up a notch? Add whipped cream or chopped nuts as toppings.
03 - Packed with protein but low in carbs, it’s perfect for keto or low-carb diets.
