Toss cottage cheese, sweetener, vanilla, and cocoa powder into a blender or food processor. Blend it all up until super smooth, and use a spatula to scrape down anything stuck on the sides.

Want deeper flavor? Melt some dark chocolate and toss it into the blender. Blend again quickly to mix everything together.
