Chocolate Raspberry Banana Loaf (Print-Friendly Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ¾ teaspoon baking soda
02 - ½ teaspoon salt
03 - 1 cup granulated sugar
04 - 2 cups all-purpose flour, plus 1 tablespoon for coating raspberries

05 - 1½ cups mashed bananas (about 3 ripe ones)
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 4 tablespoons (half a stick) softened butter
08 - ⅓ cup plain low-fat yogurt
09 - 2 large eggs

→ Mix-ins

10 - 1 cup halved raspberries
11 - 1 cup chocolate chunks or chips

# Steps:

01 - Set oven to 350°F. Coat a 9x5 pan with cooking spray.
02 - Stir the salt, flour, and baking soda together in a medium bowl.
03 - Cream the butter and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one by one, then mix in the yogurt, vanilla, and banana.
04 - Gently incorporate the dry mixture into the wet until just blended. Mix in raspberries coated in flour and chocolate chunks. Add extra toppings if you like.
05 - Pour everything into the greased pan. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
