Condensed Milk Pecan Pie (Print-Friendly Version)

Rich pecan treat with sweetened condensed milk and caramel center in a flaky pie crust.

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
02 - 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
05 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
06 - 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
07 - 1/2 tsp salt
08 - 1½ cups pecan halves

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vanilla, melted butter, flour, and salt until smooth.
03 - Stir in the pecan halves until evenly coated.
04 - Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust, spreading evenly.
05 - Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown. If the edges of the crust brown too quickly, cover them with foil halfway through baking.
06 - Allow the pie to cool completely before slicing. Serve plain or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
