Beefy Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon of cooking oil.
02 - Half a yellow onion, finely chopped.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon of crushed garlic.
04 - One pound of minced beef.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon of flavored salt.
07 - A tablespoon hamburger spices.
08 - One jalapeño, get rid of the seeds and slice.
09 - Six thick bacon slices, cooked and broken into small bits.
10 - A cup of grated sharp cheddar.
11 - One cup of crunchy fried onions.
12 - 12 Hawaiian dinner rolls, one package.
13 - One batch of cowboy butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Get your oven heated to 350°F. Spray nonstick on a 7x11-inch dish. Sauté onion and garlic in oil for 1-2 minutes.
02 - Stir beef and seasonings into the pan, cooking for 8-10 minutes until it’s done. Drain any grease left over.
03 - Slice the rolls in half and put the bottoms into the dish. Slather them with cowboy butter. Stack on the beef, jalapeño slices, bacon crumbles, cheese, and crispy onions. Lay the roll tops over it all.
04 - Brush the tops with more butter, cover with foil, and bake for 15 minutes. Take off foil and bake another 3-5 minutes to get them golden. Serve them up with extra butter on the side.

# Notes:

01 - You can swap cowboy butter with garlic butter as needed.
02 - You don’t need to use lemon juice to make cowboy butter.
