01 - 3-4 halved bell peppers
02 - 1 lb ground beef
03 - 1 block cream cheese (approximately 225g)
04 - 1 package taco seasoning (approx. 28g)
05 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
06 - 1/4 cup salsa (approx. 60ml)

# Steps:

01 - Slice the bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat if necessary.
03 - Add garlic powder, taco seasoning, and salsa to the ground beef. Stir to combine evenly.
04 - Reduce heat to low and mix in the cream cheese until fully melted and the mixture becomes creamy.
05 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the halved peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 5 minutes to soften slightly.
06 - Fill each halved bell pepper with the prepared beef and cream cheese mixture.
07 - Return stuffed peppers to the oven and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the filling is heated through.
08 - Remove from oven, allow to cool slightly, and serve warm. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator and reheated the next day.

# Notes:

01 - For extra tender peppers, pre-bake them for 5 minutes before filling.
