Berry Cheesecake Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Creamy Base

01 - 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
02 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
03 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
04 - 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
05 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

→ Fruits and Extras

06 - 1 cup blackberries
07 - 1 cup raspberries
08 - 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
09 - 1 cup blueberries
10 - 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a big bowl, whip the softened cream cheese until smooth. Toss in the vanilla yogurt, powdered sugar, and vanilla, then blend until nice and creamy.
02 - Carefully mix in the whipped topping until everything feels airy and light.
03 - Give your berries a good rinse, dry them off, and slice the strawberries into small chunks.
04 - Add the strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and marshmallows (if you’re into it). Fold everything together gently until the berries are well coated.
05 - Pop it in the fridge for half an hour before eating. Serve chilled for a creamy, fruity treat!

# Notes:

01 - Getting Ahead: Prepare the cheesecake mixture early, but keep the berries separate until you're ready to serve so they stay fresh.
02 - Leftovers: Store any extras in a tightly sealed container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
03 - Crunchy Twist: Toss in some crushed graham crackers or granola at the last minute for added texture.
