07 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 10 oz penne pasta
09 - 2 cups chicken broth
10 - 1 ½ cups heavy cream
11 - 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies
12 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
13 - 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch casserole dish.
02 - Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
03 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken, season with Cajun seasoning, and sauté until browned and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
04 - In the same skillet, add Cajun sausage slices and cook until browned. Remove and set aside with the chicken.
05 - Add chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook for an additional minute.
06 - Pour in chicken broth, heavy cream, and diced tomatoes with green chilies. Bring to a simmer.
07 - Add cooked pasta, chicken, and sausage back into the skillet. Stir in mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
08 - Transfer the mixture to the prepared casserole dish. Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly and slightly golden on top.
