Fast Crab Mix (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - A pound of flaked imitation crab meat.
02 - Half a cup of finely diced celery.
03 - Three tablespoons of chopped red onion.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon of Old Bay spice mix.
05 - Juice from 2 teaspoons of lemon.
06 - Season with salt and black pepper as preferred.
07 - Half a cup of mayo for creaminess.
08 - One and a half tablespoons of freshly minced dill.

# Instructions:

01 - Put all your ingredients in a big bowl and gently combine everything together.
02 - Eat right away or pop it into the fridge to chill. Add some extra dill on top for decoration if you like.

# Notes:

01 - Fresh crab is a great alternative to the fake stuff.
02 - Fresh dill makes it taste better, but dried works too.
03 - Store it in the fridge for no more than 2 days.
