Creamy Egg Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped into small pieces
02 - 8 ounces tiny pasta (such as elbows or ditalini)
03 - ⅓ cup finely diced pickles
04 - ½ cup chopped red onion

→ Sauce

05 - 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
06 - ¾ cup of mayonnaise
07 - 1 tablespoon of juice from pickles
08 - ½ teaspoon paprika, with extra for topping later
09 - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
10 - Season with salt and black pepper as needed

→ Toppings

11 - Chopped green onions
12 - Extra paprika to sprinkle on top

# Instructions:

01 - Boil the pasta following the package directions. Drain thoroughly, then rinse with cold water to cool it down. Move to a big bowl for mixing.
02 - Stir together mayonnaise, mustard, pickle juice, chopped eggs, red onion, pickles, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper with the cooled pasta. Mix well to coat everything evenly.
03 - Place in the fridge and keep it cool until you're ready to eat.
04 - Right before eating, add a dash of extra paprika and sprinkle on sliced green onions for a pop of flavor.
