Set your air fryer to 390°F and give the basket a light coat of oil spray to stop sticking.

In a big bowl, toss together the gnocchi, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parmesan. Keep frozen gnocchi as is without defrosting.

If the gnocchi is refrigerated or shelf-stable, air fry it at 390°F for 11 to 14 minutes. Shake the basket every 4-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

For gnocchi straight from the freezer, air fry at 390°F for about 13 to 16 minutes. Give the basket a shake every 4-5 minutes until they turn crispy and golden.

Serve while hot! Sprinkle more parmesan or fresh parsley on top if you’d like. Use as an appetizer or side dish, and try dipping in marinara or pesto sauce.
