Crunchy Air Fryer Gnocchi (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound gnocchi (choose from frozen, refrigerated, or shelf-stable)
02 - 1 or 2 tablespoons of olive oil (the extra-virgin kind works best)
03 - Half a teaspoon garlic powder
04 - Half a teaspoon of salt
05 - Half a teaspoon ground black pepper
06 - 2 or 3 tablespoons fresh parmesan (grated right before use)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your air fryer to 390°F and give the basket a light coat of oil spray to stop sticking.
02 - In a big bowl, toss together the gnocchi, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parmesan. Keep frozen gnocchi as is without defrosting.
03 - If the gnocchi is refrigerated or shelf-stable, air fry it at 390°F for 11 to 14 minutes. Shake the basket every 4-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
04 - For gnocchi straight from the freezer, air fry at 390°F for about 13 to 16 minutes. Give the basket a shake every 4-5 minutes until they turn crispy and golden.
05 - Serve while hot! Sprinkle more parmesan or fresh parsley on top if you’d like. Use as an appetizer or side dish, and try dipping in marinara or pesto sauce.

# Notes:

01 - You can use any variety of gnocchi, like potato, sweet potato, or cauliflower.
02 - Best enjoyed fresh—crispiness fades if left too long.
03 - To make it plant-based, swap parmesan with nutritional yeast.
