Crispy Vegan Tofu (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package (16 ounces) of tofu, extra-firm
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
04 - 1 minced garlic clove
05 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil, toasted

# Instructions:

01 - Use a tofu press or a heavy skillet to drain excess water from the tofu for 15 minutes or more. Cut it up into small, bite-sized cubes and toss them into a bowl.
02 - Mix the other ingredients together in a small bowl. Pour this over the tofu and gently stir so everything gets coated. Let it sit for 15 minutes to soak in the flavors.
03 - Set your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Spread the tofu out in a single layer and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Give it a shake here and there so it browns evenly.

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to use all olive oil instead of sesame oil.
02 - Stays good in the fridge for 4-5 days.
03 - Super-firm tofu will get the crispiest results.
