Easy Crispy Tofu (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 block (16 oz) of firm tofu
02 - 2 tbsp soy sauce
03 - 1 tbsp sesame oil, toasted
04 - 1 tbsp olive oil
05 - 1 minced garlic clove

# Instructions:

01 - Use a press or weighted pan to drain tofu for at least 15 minutes. Slice into small cubes, then put them in a bowl.
02 - Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl. Pour over tofu and stir gently until coated. Let it soak in for 15 minutes.
03 - Set air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Spread tofu evenly inside. Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking it a few times for a good crisp.

# Notes:

01 - You can swap sesame oil for olive oil entirely.
02 - Stays fresh in the fridge for 4-5 days.
03 - For extra crunchy tofu, go for super-firm blocks.
