Use a press or weighted pan to drain tofu for at least 15 minutes. Slice into small cubes, then put them in a bowl.

Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl. Pour over tofu and stir gently until coated. Let it soak in for 15 minutes.

Set air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Spread tofu evenly inside. Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking it a few times for a good crisp.
