Coat your cupcake pans generously with butter or spray, then put them aside.

In a roomy, microwave-safe bowl, add marshmallows and butter. Heat for 2 minutes, watching closely to avoid a puff-over. Mix until everything's melted and smooth.

Pour your Rice Krispies into the melted mix. Stir until it’s all evenly coated.

Work while the mix is warm! Spoon it into prepared cupcake pans. Use wax paper to press and shape the center into a nest. Let them set for at least half an hour.

Throw butter, milk, vanilla, and 2 cups of powdered sugar into a mixing bowl. Beat for about 5 minutes until it’s all creamy. Add green color and the rest of the sugar, and keep mixing until you get the consistency you like.

Carefully remove the set cereal nests from the cupcake pans. Use a piping bag to add green frosting into the middle, making it look like grass. Pop some Easter candies on top.
